Every entry in Parchment71 was submitted and reviewed before being added to the log. The Miscellaneous Outposts section exists precisely because some sites resist classification, and Parchment71 is honest about that. Parchment71 is free to consult and free to submit to. Operators of websites that fit any of the 22 sections are welcome to log a submission through the standard form. Submissions are reviewed for basic quality and relevance before being added.
